Join Rebecca Fairless for a music class for your baby or toddler! The class offers a fun, interactive music experience that includes singing, dancing, and action songs. These musical activities help develop your child's perception of melody, rhythm, and timbre. This class also provides a space to meet other caregivers and have a relaxed social experience.
Rebecca is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and church organist. She studied music therapy at Acadia University, and has been a certified music therapist (MTA) since 2018. Rebecca started out doing an internship at the IWK Health Centre, where she used the therapeutic power of music to help babies and children of all ages creatively cope with their hospital experiences. Since then she has taught piano and ukulele lessons, led after-school music groups for kids, facilitated a community drop-in music group for adults, and worked with seniors in long-term care. Rebecca hopes that music becomes a reliable constant in the lives of you and your child.
